Diver Tom Daley has given his YouTube followers the first in a series of new workout videos, this time focusing on butt exercises.
On his YouTube channel the fitness freak has previously covered ab exercises and full-body workout plan, but now Tom makes us all feel lazy while he demonstrates his favourite butt-toning moves like hip bridges, donkey kicks, squats, clam shells and kneeling side swings.
“Over the next six weeks I’m going to be giving you butt workouts so you can sculpt and tone your butt ready for summer,” he says.
“Don’t forget to share with someone who could really benefit from a bum lift!”
Tom Daley and his diving partner Danniel Goodfellow both won bronze medals last week in the synchronised dive at the Rio Games.
