Assraf Nasir became a worldwide internet sensation in 2017, thanks to him nailing Britney Spears’ Toxic dance moves in an empty AirAsia X plane.

“I don’t think I’m famous,” says Assraf.

“I’m just a guy who did a dance video.”

Dance, he certainly did.

Assraf replicates Spears’ fierce choreography when he shmmies down the aisle with a beverage cart.

“I’m Britney’s number one fan. I’ve been a fan since high school, ever since I first heard Baby One More Time.”

Prior to joining theAirAsia X , Assraf worked as a performing arts teacher and captain of a cheerleading team.

His video went straight to the top of the social media charts.

“In the original music video, Britney played a flight attendant.

“And since I’m a flight attendant, I thought why not try to recreate this video.”

“My colleague and I actually filmed this in the plane in Taipei. We were transiting there for one hour. After we were done cleaning up the cabin, we were like so bosan (bored).

“Then my friend suggested we do something to pass the time. That’s pretty much how the video came about.”

Aboard a jet plane and dressed in work uniform, Assraf dances down the aisles and sings into the intercom. Then, he pushes a food trolley in perfect timing to the hit, just as in the original video.

As you would expect, everyone is totally in love with the routine.

“This dude got flair and all that zast!! Werk it baby! You on fiyah,” wrote one Twitter user.

“This is the best thing I’ve ever seen, it made my day,” another wrote.

Someone else said: “How did you not die of laughter?!”

Britney has yet to respond but we have no doubt she will be mightily impressed!
