Just imagine a 15 stone bodybuilder with a 49-inch chest and 21-inch biceps working out to keep the muscles toned during his daily exercise routine. And doing it nude and in high heels!

Dean Thomas, 33, took to a treadmill to ‘break-in’ his wife Katherine’s new stilettos. The resultant video of Dean nude and in high heels has gone viral with more than 11 million views.
“It started out as a joke on Facebook after a friend tagged me in a post about men who wear women’s clothes.
“I think someone was having a laugh at some of the gear we wear at the competitions but I decided to humour them.
“I’m a size 10 (shoes) and she’s a four so I could only get three of my toes in really. She tied the laces around my ankles just to keep them in place.
“It was pretty tricky balancing at first but I soon got into a stride and it was quite quick by the end.
“I’m not exactly shy so I wasn’t bothering about doing it in the buff.”
The couple run a health and fitness store in Swansea, Wales, and compete in bodybuilding competitions across the UK.
