Australian actor and singer Tim Campbell is set to return to our screens in 2022. 

Campbell is well known for his roles on Home & Away and House Husbands

He will be joining the team on the lifestyle program Postcards in 2022.

Tim Campbell has been announced as the newest addition to the program.

Starring alongside Livinnia Nixon and Lauren Phillips, Campbell will be presenting and showcasing the best Victoria has to offer.

Presenters will travel Victoria exploring all the best sights, cities and of course, restaurants.

“I’m very excited to join such a well established, informative and reliable show like Postcards,” he said.

“I’m looking forward to help showcase the beauty of our state and how many amazing experiences are at our doorstep.”

The move marks an exciting return to television screens for Campbell since his last major role in 2013.

Campbell continues to shine

Tim Campbell’s television career began as far back as 1993 when he first appeared on Home & Away.

He went on to appear in numerous other programs including Heartbreak High and Water Rats before landing the  recurring role of Dan in Home & Away in 2004.

Since then he has gone on to host Million Dollar Wheel of Fortune and The Singing Bee.

Most notably Tim Campbell appeared as Tom, one half of a gay couple on House Husbands on channel nine in 2012 and 2013.

This marked the first time an Australian drama had featured a gay couple raising a child.

Since then Tim has gone on to explore his singing career.

Having appeared in several stage musicals over the years he has also released his two solo albums High School Disco and Electrifying 80s.

Tim is married to Australian singer Anthony Callea, the two wed in New Zealand in 2014.
