The Fab Five from Netflix’s Queer Eye are being immortalised in LEGO form as a new set from the toy company recreates their loft.
Bobby Berk, Tan France, Antoni Porowski, Karamo Brown, and Jonathan Van Ness all feature as miniature figures in LEGO’s Queer Eye – The Fab Five Loft set.
It’ll be available online and in stores worldwide on October 1.
The new set recreates the boys’ original loft from the first few seasons of the show.
“Queer Eye has had such a positive impact on so many people’s lives,” LEGO Design VP Matthew Ashton said.
“[That’s] why we are excited for this collaboration.
“It reminds us that we need to take time to celebrate kindness and help build each other up.
“In this set, we’ve captured themes central to both the Lego Group and the show – caring, creativity, learning, and fun.”
Ashton explained Tan France’s famous hair was the “biggest challenge” in developing the set.
“We didn’t have an element that did his gorgeous hair justice,” he said.
“So we had to make an entirely new wig element – in shimmering silver, of course.
“The team have also had fun packing the loft with easter eggs, including a ‘Yaaas Queen’ print for the kitchen.
“If you look closely, it features ‘FAB 5’ in the unique brush-stroke art.”
The set comes with seven mini-figures, also including Bruley the French bulldog, and memorable Queer Eye makeover Kathi Dooley, who was JVN’s beloved high school teacher.
Bobby Berk said LEGO was “such an important part” of his childhood and the collaboration was a dream come true.
Karamo Brown, the show’s culture expert, also shared his excitement on social media.
“Hey Mom, I’m a LEGO! Go little LEGO Karamo, go!” he posted.
The Queer Eye Fab Five Loft Set will be available globally on October 1.
