The Villanova Players will this month be staging one of Australia’s best loved plays – Summer of the Seventeenth Doll at the Yeronga State High School Auditorium from 20 November through to 6 December.
Each year two cane cutters from Queensland, Barney and Roo, travel to Melbourne to live the high life with their girl friends, the barmaids Olive and Nancy.
But this year, the seventeenth year, everything is different. Can their arrangement last. What would you give to hold on to your dreams?
Come a see what has made this play an endearing Australian Classic for 60 years.
Tickets are available now via www.villanovaplayers.com or call 3899 9962. $ $20/$15 concession.
