The concrete jungle of Brisbane wouldn’t strike you as the place to find a snake, but that is exactly where this slippery character was found on Saturday afternoon, the Brisbane City Qld Police Officers and Bike Squad said.
Found lazing in a tree on Turbot Street, officers quickly assessed the situation and deemed their new friend was no threat of leggin’ it.
Luckily the officers were fluent in Parseltongue and were able to confirm with the snake that he meant no harm and was just on hissssss way to dental ssssschool.
This tail had a happy ending; after a yawn and stretch the snake came down out of the tree and eventually slithered away to his natural habitat nearby.
