Sheldon Riley releases powerful Eurovision entry: Not The Same

Sheldon Riley Eurovision Not The Same

Eurovision: Australia Decides is almost here and Sheldon Riley has released his entry, Not The Same.

Late last year Sheldon was announced as one of the 11 artists competing to represent Australia at Eurovision.

He will be competing against the likes of Seann Miley Moore and Australian Idol Alumni, Paulini and many more.

Sheldon Riley: Not The Same

Not The Same is everything you would expect from a Sheldon Riley song.

Deep, rich and powerful vocals are the initial standout of this track.

Sheldon’s emotive and powerful story is equal to the strength of his voice.

Every moment of the song carries the listener on a journey as the song builds to it’s climax.

Rich with character, style and story Not the Same is the perfect Eurovision track.

In preparation for the competition he spoke to Qnews about Not The Same.

“It’s a very personal song. It was never going to be the Eurovision song, ever,” he said.

“It’s very dark, it’s orchestral, it’s stripped back, it’s everything that I have watched back of myself and said yeah that really worked, that was really strong,” he gushed.
