RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Vs the World: We have a winner baby!

Cast Of RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Vs the World

After the shortest season in Drag Race herstory, we have a winner for RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Vs the World.

Was the rightful winner crowned?

Will Jujubee ever win?

Let’s find out.

RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Vs the World: Who should win?

Obviously, the answer to this question is Jimbo.

However, given his unceremonious axing from the program, we’ll have to settle for one of the remaining top four.

Entering the finale Blu Hydrangea and Mo Heart are arguably the front runners.

With consistent performances, a stellar attitude and one Rupeter badge under her belt Blu is an easy top 2]two for the crown.

Her Snatch Game absolutely slayed and there wasn’t a moment that Blu did not deliver.

Not to mention her axing of Pangina, marking her as a cutthroat competitor.

Mo Heart, despite not winning a badge, has consistently performed and has at least one challenge win.

Her runways have been stellar, her attitude fierce and her commentary, iconic.

If anyone is going to take out the title, on paper it should be these two.

Could it be a Baga or Jujubee win?

Jujubee and Baga Chipz present an interesting dilemma.

Baga has found herself in an interesting place in the finale.

Despite not landing in the bottom once, she’s not won herself a badge.

However, as Baga lets us know “these badges don’t count for jack sh*t.”

Whilst what Baga says is true, it’s undeniable she has coasted through the competition.

Bringing “Much Betta” back into the public dialogue seems to have been her primary focus and it was grating at best.

It wasn’t until she unleashed an epic Kathy Bates in Snatch Game that we saw a Baga worth winning.

Despite landing in the top four Jujubee has had nothing short of a disappointing run.

RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Vs the World should have been an opportunity for Jujuebee to shine.

Instead, we watched Jujubee trip, stumble and fall into the final four, picking up a Rupeter badge along the way.

Remarkably, in four seasons this is only her second win.

Awarding Jujubee a win at this point would be a crime.

To Jujubee or not be?

After what felt like an eternity we heard each of the final four spill their guts on the runway.

But before we are treated to a lip-sync smackdown to determine our finalists, we are graced with a RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Vs the World reunion.

Overall it’s everything we expected, Jimbo, Pangina and Blu hash out their feelings and the girls all move on ready for the finale.

After a surprise introduction from Elton John, it’s revealed the queens will kick off with the ole, spin of the wheel.

Mo Heart turns up as the first pick, choosing the weakest of the pack, she selects Baga as her opponent.

In all honesty, it’s a lacklustre performance from both parties to Jessie J’s Domino.

With not a Flip, twist, turn or split in sight, the two queens disco dance their way to the end.

Unsurprisingly Mo Heart takes out the win, securing her spot in the final two.

Jujubee and Blu Hydrangea step it up with their performances of Reflex by Duran Duran.

Both queens deliver twice the energy of the last performance and provide something worth watching.

And just like that, Blu Hydrangea seals the fate of Jujubee, sending her home yet again.

We have a winner baby!

The stage is set for the final lipsync of RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Vs the World.

Mo Heart Vs Blue Hydrangea tear it up to Supernova by Kylie Minogue before Ru makes her final decision.

Whilst it may be a close call on this one, Blu is arguably turning out the fiercest performance of the two.

Both queens deliver a captivating performance that will ultimately bring the decision down to the wire.

In what is by far the most accurate and fitting decision of the season, Blu Hydrangea is awarded the win.

It’s a great way to wrap up a chaotic season, full of big characters and shocking decisions.

All hail Blu Hydrangea, Queen of the mother tucking universe.
