International R&B star Deborah Cox will perform at the annual Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras’ post-parade party.
Deborah last performed at Mardi Gras in 2002, and now she’ll return to the stage on March 5 to blow the roof off of the Hordern Pavilion with an exclusive Mardi Gras production show featuring a medley of her hit songs including “Nobody’s Supposed to Be Here” and “Absolutely Not”.
She joins a packed Mardi Gras Party line up of performers and DJs that includes Eurovision champ Conchita Wurst, drag star Courtney Act, Dirty Pop, Ben Manson, Rado, YO! MAFIA, Tracy Young, Mark Picchiotti, Buck Naked, Mark Alsop MA15+, Victoria Anthony, Kitty Glitter, Maze and Masters, Colin Gaff, Haylenise, Seismic and Tanner Derrby.
SBS recently announced that Magda Szubanski, Tom Ballard, Faustina Agolley and Patrick Abboud will host the channel’s annual Mardi Gras coverage, with the parade streamed live online.
