Pink yesterday urged her fans to stop pitting Lady Gaga’s incredible Super Bowl performance against her own aerial acrobatics.
Previously on Sunday, a wired-up Gaga jumped off the roof of the stadium in a pre-recorded segment, before falling from the sky to the stage.
Following that performance, some compared Gaga’s show to the jaw-dropping aerial acrobatics Pink is known for performing at her concerts.
But Pink swiftly nipped that criticism in the bud with a post on Instagram with the hashtags #womensupportingwomen and #letsnotgetdistracted, writing: “Let’s quash this before it even has a chance to be a thing. Lady Gaga killed it yesterday.
“Her voice was powerful and beautiful, her outfits were on point, choreography stellar, her heart was in it and she also sang about love and inclusiveness, all in front of millions and millions of people. Let’s celebrate a woman who has the guts to jump off a roof and stand up there in the first place.
“Who cares if I flew first? Cause I didn’t! Cirque and Peter Pan been in the air for years. Now can we get back to the real controversy? The one where our so called leader is stripping our humanity away minute by minute.”
Yo lady Gaga stole pink’s whole acrobatic routine lmao

See Pink’s awesome response below:
So, let’s all calm down and accept both women perform brilliant aerial acrobatics. After all, Pink told us to behave and her word is our command.
