Brisbane Pride proudly presented the 65th Queen’s Ball, the longest-running queer event in the world.
On Saturday evening, the Queens Ball, the Queensland LGBTQIA+ community’s glitzy night of nights, handed out awards and honours to more than a dozen local legends, community advocates and groups.
Queensland drag royalty united to pay tribute to the late icon, Dame Sybil von Thorndyke, as the community celebration she created 65 years ago returned to Brisbane City Hall.
