Joining forces with the MSO for this production are musical theatre stars, Josh Piterman and Amy Manford.
Both Piterman and Manford are acclaimed for their roles in The Phantom of the Opera in the West End.
The production takes place over three nights from Wednesday, 24th September to Friday, 26th.
Tickets to An Evening on Broadway have been selling fast.
So much so that an additional matinee performance has been added on Friday, 26th September.
Don’t sit at home singing along on Spotify.
Instead, be immersed in the theatrical and musical magic of Broadway’s biggest hits performed by the MSO and guests.
In Piterman’s book, Behind the Mask, he wrote that his opening night as the Phantom on London’s West End in 2019 was “one of the most exhilarating and fulfilling nights of my life”.
Musical theatre is known for its unique way of touching audiences through storytelling and song.
“It’s such a joy to sing and for the audience to hear,” Manford said when discussing being a part of the Phantom cast.
“I don’t think you can get enough of it.”
Join them this September as their exceptional voices elevate beloved musical classics.
Creating an electric atmosphere, it will be an evening that the MSO promises to leave you spellbound.
See MSO’s An Evening on Broadway from September 24th to 26th at Hamer Hall, Arts Centre Melbourne.
