Gay Country Music Steve Grand

Presenting gay country music singer Steve Grand’s new hit – “All American Boy”.

Steve Grand is one of America’s (USA) first openly gay male country singers. The smoking hot guy from Lemont Illinois has attracted over 1.5 million viewers with his new hit film clip on YouTube.

Steve’s launched the clip of his latest song “All-American Boy” on July 2. It’s a sensational track with a powerful message. The song tells a story of unrequited love between a gay man and his straight buddy.

Steve Grand

Steve Grand wrote music from the age of 11. By age 13, he realised he was gay and struggled to reconcile his sexuality with his Catholic upbringing. He came out to friends while in the eighth grade. But after his parents learned of his sexuality, they enrolled him in “straight therapy” for five years.

After graduating from Lemont High School, Grand attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee for one year. He returned to Chicago to enrol in at the University of Illinois and later left to pursue a musical career.

Steve self-publishes his own music and has not signed with a record label as yet, but that looks set to change real soon thanks to people power.

He has attracted a huge crowd for his performance in Chicago last week. He posted to Facebook to thank the fans who attended.

“Hearing you guys singing along to “All-American Boy” last night made my life. I can’t tell you what it means to me… I’ve waited my whole life to hear that sound and it was just as beautiful as I ever imagined it. Thank you guys for coming out and packing the house… Especially those that came from all over the country!! You guys are ridiculous!! I can’t wait until I have a record out and the means to come travel out to see all of you. Thank you. I love you guys so much.”
