BINGE has released the first look of Wentworth: Halfway Home (five years since Wentworth’s final ep) with nine new cast members joining returning favourites.
Wentworth fans have gotten their first look at life beyond the prison walls, with BINGE.
The series is set to air in late 2026, with production of Wentworth: Halfway Home currently underway in Melbourne.
The first-look clip lands five years to the day after Wentworth’s final episode on 26 October 2021.
So, what comes next?
The series follows a freshly paroled fan favourite, Susan ‘Boomer’ Jenkins (Katrina Milosevic). She arrives at Sal’s Halfway House determined to get custody of her daughter and build a life for both of them.
But when a body turns up, who can she trust in a home full of ex-cons?
“Getting out of prison was hard, but staying out may prove impossible,” the synopsis reads.
