A Twitstorm erupted today over the release of pics from a MONTERO maternity shoot. Lil Nas X again expertly trolled fundamentalist haters with pics from a People Magazine shoot to promote his upcoming album. The conservative Twitterverse, as per usual, could not resist responding to the singer-songwriter’s provocation. The end result will no doubt be increased sales for the unapologetically gay superstar.

In case the pics from the MONTERO maternity shoot didn’t rile the haters enough, Lil Nas X followed up with a sonogram. He said he came up with the idea following his stylist referring to the album as his baby.

“I was like, ‘You know what? That’s actually brilliant. So now we have this entire thing coming out, and it’s going to be amazing.”

The MONTERO maternity shoot immediately attracted threats of eternal damnation.

“You Have No Understanding What You Are Stacking Up Against Yourself When You Stand Before The Creator Of All On Judgment Day! God Will Not Be Mocked!”

Another blamed Lil Nas X for the troublesome state of the world at the moment.

“And people wonder why God is destroying the earth right now.”

“Abomination to God, Lil Nas X once again influences de masses to go against everything that is God.”

However, some of the conservative Twitterverse did see an opportunity to save a sinner from himself.

“The devil is pimping you sir. But it’s Ok we are not here to judge and the Lord will always welcome you home.”

“Repent brother. It’s never too late.”

Of course, fans came to the rapper’s defence.

“Stop stressing him he’s pregnant and could lose his baby!”

Another tweet referenced the recent controversy over rapper DaBaby’s homophobic rant during a Miami concert.

“Awww, he’s carrying DaBaby!”

After responding to tweets for a while, Lil Nas X eventually went offline following a final post.

“Let me get offline, all of this negative energy is not good for the baby.”
