The wait is over, it’s time to officially meet the cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Versus the World.
With the program set to air in just over two weeks, the cast has been revealed.
Nine fierce queens from across the globe are officially ready to battle it out for the crown of all crowns.
RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Versus the World: Team UK
As the name suggests RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Versus the World will see queens from the host nation of the UK competing against queens from around the world.
With nine competitors in total, three will be representing the UK in this all-star battle.
Having placed third in the inaugural season of Drag Race UK Bagga Chipz was a much-loved character.
Best known for her loud personality and comedic catchphrase “much betta!” Bagga is a force to be reckoned with.
Joining Bagga on Team UK are Cheryl Hole and Blue Hydrangea.
Cheryl and Blue were also both big personalities from season one placing 4th and 5th respectively.
While Cheryl was a fiercely talented all-around queen, Blue made a name for herself with her sickening makeup skills.
Can one of this UK trio bring home the crown in the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Versus the World?
Representing The World
The remaining six queens competing on RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Versus the World represent the USA, Canada, Thailand and Holland.
Flying the flag for the USA is three-time competitor JuJuBee and Season 10/All-Stars 4 Alumni Mo Heart (formerly Monique Heart).
At this point, JuJu is a professional Drag Race queen and the immediate mark to beat.
Mo Heart is also an incredibly fierce queen with her eye firmly planted on the crown, she may not have won All-Stars, but she left her mark.
It wouldn’t be an international season without some of our queens from the north, representing season one of Drag Race Canada are Jimbo and Lemon.
Jimbo and Lemon also placed 4th and 5th respectively on the first season of Canada’s Drag Race.
Kooky, camp and fabulous were all parts of the Jimbo brand as she worked her way so close to the top only to fall short.
Meanwhile Lemon was the bratty princess we all came to love, her self confessed delusional self-confidence will hopefully see her soar in this new competition.
Representing team Holland is Janey Jacke.
With a stellar first season under their belt, Holland delivered some outstanding queens with Janey Jacke coming in second place.
Pangina Heals is the only queen in this competition to have never competed on a season of Drag Race before.
Instead, Pangina has hosted/judged Drag Race Thailand for two seasons.
Here’s hoping she can deliver, with stakes this high the whole world will be watching.
