What’s Poppin Corks?
Taking place on Saturday the 27th of February 2027 from 1pm to 8pm, the event will be an afternoon of food, drinks, drag and DJs on the lawns of Sidewood Estate, just 20 minutes from the city.
It features a packed lineup of Mary’s favourites, including: Alison Xpress, Berri Juicy, Boystress, Brooke Seto, Cleo Taurus, Ellie Delight, Estelle, Eve Elle, Glitzy Von Jagger, Jules Harlow, Kane Enable, Luci Furr, Mihz, Minty Hydrangea, Miss Jackson, Tritri, Venti and Xai.
Guests are invited to dance, find a spot in the undercover areas or settle in with friends to enjoy a fabulous day out in the sunshine.
Don’t worry about how you’ll get there and back; buses will be running between the city and the event throughout the afternoon.
Stephen Craddock, owner of Mary’s Poppin and founder of Poppin Corks, said, “Mary’s has always been about the people who walk through our doors and the performers who make them feel at home.
Poppin Corks lets us bring that feeling out into the sunshine, with a glass of wine in hand and the whole afternoon ahead of us.”

Poppin Out at Adelaide Pride
That’s not all from the Mary’s Poppin team!
We’re just over a month out from the annual Adelaide Pride block party, Poppin Out, which will kick off straight after the Pride March on Saturday the 7th of November 2026.
The legendary annual street party will run from 5 pm to 11 pm, transforming Synagogue Place in the heart of the city into a glittering, open-air celebration of drag, music, Pride and queer joy.
The action will continue inside Mary’s Poppin from 11 pm until late, making it a true day-to-night experience.
Poppin Out 2026 will feature a fierce lineup of Mary’s icons, plus an expanded roster of drag royalty including Bebe Babow, Camp Minister, Champagne, Coco Jumbo, Fay Rocious, Hannah Conda, Indi Klosette, Kween Kong, Miss Jay, Pinball, Popchops, Vanity, Vonni, and Vybe.
The annual street party is Mary’s at its biggest, boldest and most unrestrained.
Owner and founder Stephen Craddock said of the event, “Poppin Out is Mary’s turned all the way up. We take everything people love about the club, the drag, the music, the freedom and the community, and spill it out onto the street.
Seeing Synagogue Place packed with people celebrating exactly who they are is incredibly special, and this year’s lineup gives people every reason to get there early and stay right through.”
