SBS newsreader Lee Lin Chin’s catty Twitter persona took a pop at One Nation party leader Pauline Hanson yesterday afternoon after Pauline dared to question Lee Lin’s “man harem”.
It all started after Pauline Hanson excitedly tweeted about tickets she received to US President-elect’s inauguration on January 20.
Lee Lin responded: “Who hasn’t got tickets? No actual Americans want to go so they’re just inviting everyone. I’ve got a +8 for my man harem.”
Pauline couldn’t resist taking the bait, answering: “I hope @LeeLinChinSBS your harem isn’t also rorting the taxpayer by collecting welfare like some other harems do because that is a bad look.”
But Lee Lin fired back: “Men pay to be in my harem. It’s like you don’t even know who I am.”
Of course, the newsreader’s hilarious Twitter feed is run by Chris Leben, one of the writers from SBS’ The Feed.
We’re not sure who’s running Pauline’s.
