American woman Sylvia Driskell files a lawsuit against every gay on the planet.
The 66-year-old Nebraska woman asked a district judge to decide whether homosexuality is or isn’t a sin.
Ambassador for someone called Jesus, and his dad, God
In Driskell vs Homosexuals, she identifies herself as ‘the ambassador’ for plaintiffs ‘God and His Son, Jesus Christ’ and accuses every gay on the planet of breaking ‘religious and moral laws’.
Sylvia Driskell doesn’t cite any cases under law but mentions numerous Bible verses.
“That homosexuality is a sin, and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality.
“Why else would they have been hiding in a closet … I’m sixty-six years old, an (sic) I never thought that I would see the day in which our Great Nation or Our Great State of Nebraska would become so compliant to the complicity of some peoples (sic) lewd behaviour.”
Not surprisingly, gay activists have enjoyed poking fun at the lawsuit.
Daily Kos’ Steven Payne wrote about the lawsuit in an entry titled, “My husband and I are being sued.
“We’ve had a good run. But this is all about to crash and burn around our ears thanks to 66-year-old Sylvia Driskell of Auburn, Nebraska.”
So far the court has not issued any summons for the hundreds of millions of defendants.
