Kylie Minogue has revealed new music and talked tour dates after officially confirming she’s moving back to Australia.

On Wednesday, Kylie released the camp video for A Second to Midnight, a duet with Years & Years singer Olly Alexander.

It’s one of three new songs from the Kylie’s upcoming re-release album Disco: Guest List Edition.

The album is out in November and features both new songs and remixes from 2020 album Disco.

As well as A Second to Midnight, the album also features a collaboration with disco legend Gloria Gaynor called Can’t Stop Writing Songs About You and another with Jessie Ware titled Kiss of Life.

Kylie Minogue moving back to Australia after 30 years

This week Kylie Minogue officially confirmed she’s moving back to Australia after living in the UK for over 30 years.

She told BBC Radio she “couldn’t believe” the public reaction and told British listeners she’ll “always” return to the UK but would “base herself” in Australia.

“I’ve had friends call me, my friend at my local restaurant was like, ‘Kylie, what do you mean? You can’t go!’” she said.

“I said, ‘I’m not really going. I’ve lived here for 30 years, I’m always going to be back.’

“I don’t think too much will change.”

She added, “I have spent a lot of time with my family this year in Australia and it felt really good.

“I have been talking about that for a while. Don’t worry, I will not be a stranger.”

Kylie Minogue flew to Australia and completed hotel quarantine in January, spending time with family in Melbourne. She returned to the UK in September.

Last November Kylie promoted her Disco album with a livestreamed concert Infinite Disco.

This week, she told BBC Radio the possibility of going on tour in person again was “inching closer”.

“I’m dreaming of doing dates,” she said.

“We are inching closer to being able to do something like that. Patience. I can’t wait.

“Keep your disco outfit not too far away. Not at the back of the cupboard.”
