Kylie Minogue is coming home for a headline tour of Australia next year.

The singer, who last toured the country in 2015, will return in March for her Golden Tour, off the back of her latest album released earlier this year.

She’ll play three capital city shows in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne as well as three A Day On The Green shows in Perth, the Hunter Valley and Mt Cotton.

In the capital cities, Kylie will play arena shows at the ICC Theatre in Sydney on March 5, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on March 11 and Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on March 13.

She’ll also perform A Day On The Green shows in Perth’s Sir James Mitchell Park on March 9, Bimbadgen in the Hunter Valley on March 16, and Sirromet Wines at Mount Cotton, south-east of Brisbane on March 17.

Kylie will be joined by former Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears, who released his debut solo album in August this year.

Shears will join Kylie as a support act for all of the shows, and Brisbane songstress Hatchie will join them for the A Day On The Green concerts.

“I am so, SO EXCITED to announce my GOLDEN TOUR is coming to Australia!!” Kylie tweeted.

“I can’t wait to see you lovers.”

Kylie’s Golden Tour began in the UK in September and will continue around the UK and Europe until December before kicking off again in Australia for the March shows.

Promoters say the tour creates “a narrative connecting all Kylie’s hits into one glorious story,” and will also showcase the singer’s latest album, the country-influenced Golden, recorded in Nashville, Tennessee.

Tickets to Kylie’s 2019 Australian concerts go on sale to the general public on November 19.
