Hugh Jackman has revealed that he refused to wear a so-called “modesty pouch” during the filming of his nude scenes in 2009 movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Hugh told US shock jock Howard Stern (via the Hollywood Reporter) that he didn’t see the point in covering himself up with a “cock sock” in front of the crew, because it felt “just like college.”
But the crew decided to prank the hunky actor at the end of the shoot, when it’s traditional for cast and crew exchange gifts to celebrate finishing the movie.
After seeing Hugh’s package for days on set, director Gavin Hood decided to present the actor with a bag full of dick pics that had ended up on the cutting-room floor.
Hugh said: “My wrap gift from the director was a bag which had all the film… with my dick in it.
“So, I got frames of film, and I am looking, going, ‘Okay, hello!’”
And how does he think it looks on film?
“It’s pretty good, I think. I’m fine,” he said.
Hugh plays X-Men mutant Wolverine for the ninth and reportedly final time in this year’s Logan, released in Australian cinemas earlier this month.
