The inspiration for Gaydream Island was born from the demise of Australia’s Pride Cruises and the team at Planetswellers listening to the community, refusing to let something special fade away.
“When the sun finally set on our legendary Australian Pride Cruises, the Planetdwellers community didn’t just ask for an encore — they demanded one,” said Planetdwellers co-founder Mario Paez.
“But as the ships in our waters grew a bit too giant for the intimate magic we love, we had to think outside the hull.”
“Thus, Gaydream Island was born: all the charm of a Pride Cruise, but anchored firmly in paradise.
“Think of it as a voyage where the only thing rocking is the party, and the only ‘sea legs’ you’ll need are for the dance floor.”

Drag Race superstar Hannah Conda is all set for some fab island fun after dazzling audiences in the UK, USA and the Philippines.
Australia’s beariest gay comedian, Chris Knight, will bring the laughs while soulful singer-songwriter Nicole Nighthawk brings the tunes and heart with so much more fun thanks to the original Glamourboi Sexy Galexy, Champagne, DJ Ruby, DJ Nate and DJ Le Moose.
Plus ESCÁNDALO, a party with purpose, connecting and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ Latinx Community.
DJ Najik will take you higher with diverse Latin sounds accompanied by vibrant performances from the one and only Victoria Mami.

More than 25 performers will strut their stuff across the four nights of fun, including the Jungle Party, the White Lotus Pool Party and the Arrival Diva Party.
But it’s not all pool parties and drag bingo; there’s plenty of space to slow down on Gaydream Island.
Enjoy kayaking across glassy water, snorkelling on the living reef, yoga sessions, scenic hikes and lazy afternoons with cocktails by the pool.
