Dad Of Maybelline’s New Male Model DESTROYS Homophobic Troll

Cosmetics company Maybelline recently introduced their first-ever male model, glamorous social media star Manny Gutierrez, also known as Manny MUA.

The 25-year-old, who has over 3.1 million fans on Instagram alone, will appear in upcoming advertisements for the company, it was announced earlier this month.

But after Manny hit the headlines, a homophobic blogger named Matt Walsh tweeted a photo of him with a nasty comment attacking both him and his father.

“Dads, this is why you need to be there to raise your sons,” he tweeted.

After Manny saw the post, he tweeted back: “My dad actually works for me and is SO PROUD of me. Sorry bout it.”

Manny’s dad response

Manny’s dad also responded, sending his son a long, heartfelt (but low-key savage!) text message addressed to the troll that he asked Manny to share online.

“Mr Walsh, This is Manny Sr. Let me first begin by telling you that I’ve always been there for my son and will ALWAYS be there for him,” he wrote.

“Not only am I proud of what he has accomplished but I am more proud of the person he has become.

“I know the words you speak are from lack of knowing anybody in the LGBT community. If you did, you would realize they are some of the most real and kindhearted individuals that walk this planet of ours.

“Going forward, I would choose your actions and words wisely. Just like you would do anything for your family, I would do for mine. Good day, sir.”

Manny added: “Being a man isn’t about how ‘tough’ or ‘masculine’ you are… it’s about taking care of the ones you love.”

Maybelline or Maybelline New York is an American multinational cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and personal care company, based in New York City. It was founded in Chicago in 1914 and has been a subsidiary of French cosmetics company L’Oréal
