Ryan Yu moved to Australia from China in 2005. Following his graduation from the University of Adelaide, where he majored in Accounting, Ryan first lived in Perth. But then he visited Brisbane. Ryan immediately fell in love with the river city on his way into town from the airport. He decided then that this beautiful and growing city was where he wanted to live.

Ryan started working for Christie & Co 4 years ago.

“Working in real estate is exciting, though I never came into this with my eyes closed. The hours are long with late nights and weekend work. I also know my income is subject to a fluctuating market and intense competition.

“Therefore, I know we need to provide the best possible service and follow high ethical standards to succeed.

“After all, I am often involved in transactions that represent the most critical financial decisions my client will ever make.

“I am proud that I have helped so many happy clients find their dream homes. Assisting them to acquire the best-valued property at the right time and with just a small deposit makes all the difference. I’ve seen properties increase in value by up to 80k in just 10 months. It’s a fantastic time to be in property in Queensland.”
