Cher was serious about ABBA cover album

Cher in a still from musical sequel Mamma Mia Here We Go Again

Cher just revealed the tracklist for her new album of ABBA covers. The singer announced on the publicity trail for Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again that she recorded the album after her time on the film.

“After I did ‘Fernando,’ I thought it would really be fun to do an album of ABBA songs, so I did,” she said.

But she teased that the project is “not what you think of when you think ABBA, ’cause I did it in a different way.”

Now, on Twitter overnight she revealed the 10 ABBA classics that made the cut, including one mystery track.

The singer previously told fans she expects the album to be released in September.

Meanwhile, the singer will bring her Here We Go Again Tour to arenas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Newcastle, Adelaide and Perth this September and October.

Cher will perform at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on September 28 and 29, and tickets are available now from Live Nation.
