Michael James

Michael James is a journalist, producer, writer and presenter. Michael has previously worked for the ABC as a radio producer where he worked across local, state and national programs for the broadcaster. He has also presented "Gay Savvy" on community radio station Switch 1197AM for several years. In 2013 Michael was selected as one of the hosts for "QTV" with Brisbane community television station Bris31, which he hosted for a year. Michael has previously worked as the print editor for Qnews, he now writes for both print and online, including book, film and television reviews and local news stories and also generates video content for the Qnews Youtube channel. He holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries, majoring in drama and film and media studies and a Bachelor of Secondary Education.
