Christopher Donnelly is here to chat about the core values that Living Communities represents.

Living Communities is an all-inclusive NDIS disability support company, here to ensure dignity and respect are fundamental building blocks in the support industry.

We focus on the people, to ensure that their voice is heard and that their needs are met.

We also strongly believe that no one deserves uncaring support and should be able to be their best self through support and guidance.

Participant focused approach at Living Communities

Living Communities came about after instances of prejudice and discrimination were witness against people with disabilities from our community.

This didn’t sit right, and with a long history of community advocacy founder Benjamin Bullivant realised that to see better results we must be better.

With a participant focused approach, we also ensure that programs fit the needs of the participant, rather than trying to get them to fit the program.

We have also built a strong and compassionate team to ensure that a culture of nonjudgement and care is the primary focus in helping our participants meets their goals.

Caring makes the difference

With strong ties to the community, we have encouraged a blossoming environment of success through support as we are all here to lift each other up.

Both Staff and participants receive support to find their growth towards living their best life.

Through many training elements from NDIS specific training platforms to in person diversity and inclusion training, we also aim to promote a safe and welcoming environment for those most vulnerable.

Our ethos is that caring makes the difference, for its that caring that builds a community.
