Cairns Centrelink information sessions

From July 1 all Centrelink customers who are living in a same sex relationship will be recognised by Centrelink as 'partnered'. Same sex couples are encouraged to declare their relationships to Centrelink to ensure they receive the correct payment.

Centerlink are holding two information sessions in Cairns to inform couples and community workers about how the changes will affect them

The sessions will be held at the Cairns City Library Meeting Room,

Mon 13 July 2pm-4pm ( This session is for community workers)

Tue 14 July 5:30-7:30pm ( This session is for community workers)
