Like me you have probably all been enjoying, if not the late nights, then at least the replays of all the wonderful Australian sporting moments from the London Olympics. It’s a time to feel proud of our country’s talent, and it’s not limited to the sporting field.

Like athletes, Australian fashion designers, both local and interstate, put an enormous amount of time, effort and dedication into their craft, with the motivation of achieving their personal best. Their goal – to present the very best of fashion designs to you, the buying, style-inspired public.

What you will see in three weeks’ time is the culmination of months, for some – years, of planning, preparation and creativity. The diverse range of 2012 Spring/Summer fashions from the designers who are showcasing their collections at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane, hosted by Treasury Casino & Hotel, will embrace a plethora of preferences. From couture to the more casual, from high-end day wear to comfortable resort wear. From the young and fresh, to the established and professional, we are excited to offer a wonderful showcase of amazing fashion visions.
